Navratna oil

Hi!! Today we´re starting the week with quite a different post. I´ve been using this oil for a long time and wanted to share with you this "discovery": an all-natural oil, consisting of a mixture of herbs and plants, with cold effect, and therefore, besides being an excellent hair product, it is ideal for massage, moisturize the skin and reduce signs of tiredness, fatigue, stress ... And it is also very cheap and easy to get!

Hoy comenzamos la semana con un post diferente, hace tiempo que no comentábamos algún producto, llevo tiempo utilizando este aceite y quería compartir con vosotros este "descubrimiento": un aceite totalmente natural, compuesto de una mezcla de hierbas y plantas, con efecto frío, y por lo tanto, además de ser un excelente producto capilar, es ideal para masajes, hidratar la piel y reducir los signos del cansancio, fatiga, estrés... Y además, es muy económico y fácil de conseguir!

"Mejorando" el champú

Para acabar una semana radiante, hoy me gustaría compartir con vosotras mi método para "mejorar" un champú "relativamente bueno" y transformarlo en uno mucho mejor. Conseguir que cualquier champú normalito (aunque mucho mejor si buscamos un champú que contenga el menor listado posible de ingredientes industriales) mejore notablemente y aportar un extra de brillo, cuerpo y suavidad es posible gracias a una receta que ahora os contaré.

Today I would like to share with you my method to "improve" a "relatively good" shampoo and make it a much better one.  I found that any average shampoo (although it would be much better if we use a shampoo that contains the smallest possible list of industrial ingredients) improves significantly and provide an extra shine, body and softness  thanks to the recipe bellow.
